Join us for Vancouver’s monthly First Friday Art Walk, hosted by Vancouver’s Downtown Association (vdausa.org). Birdhouse Books and Phoenix Rising Art Gallery will be hosting a new rotation of local artists, with this month’s theme hinging on dark and surreal subject matter just in time for Fall. Scott Poole, whose work will be on display in the gallery, will be doing a special reading of his humorous poetry in the evening hours. As always, complimentary wine will be served after 4pm!
